FAQ
Common questions about Tadata.
How Tadata works, who it's for, and how to get started.
About the product
Tadata is a tool for automating work across your SaaS stack, built especially for sales and GTM teams. It's a good fit for GTM, sales, and ops teams that want to offload the repetitive busywork spread across their tools. Tadata's agents run in the background around the clock — monitoring signals, enriching leads, prepping meetings, and following up — handling the tasks that would otherwise eat up the day or never get done.
GTM, sales, and ops teams that want to multiply what they can get done. Tadata's agents run in the background around the clock — monitoring signals, enriching leads, prepping meetings, following up — handling the work that would otherwise eat up the day or never happen at all.
Most tools give you a place to build automations. Tadata sends agents out to do the work and brings results back to you. Our agents are proactive — they monitor everything, reason about what matters, and never stop running. You don't wire anything up or babysit it. You just get the work done.
Workflow tools let you wire up automations step by step — you define every action, maintain the connections, and fix it when something breaks. Tadata's agents handle the job end-to-end. You describe the outcome you want; the agent figures out what to do, runs it, and delivers the result. Nothing to build or maintain.
Data & integrations
Tadata connects to 100+ tools in one click — Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and more. We also reach data that usually requires separate paid accounts — LinkedIn activity, Reddit and X threads, public records — plus your own internal systems. It all runs on one bill instead of several subscriptions.
Yes — Tadata connects to your existing stack in one click and doesn't replace anything. It extends what you can do with it. You already have access to LinkedIn, X, Reddit, lead enrichment tools — Tadata puts agents to work across all of them simultaneously, so you get the output you'd expect from a much larger team.
Tadata will try to create the integration on the fly. If it doesn't meet the required standard, our team gets notified automatically and builds the connector — usually within a day or two.
Setup & how it works
No. You describe what you want in plain English, connect your tools in one click, and your agent is running — usually in under five minutes. No engineering, no configuration, no maintenance.
Yes. You control how much autonomy each agent has. Some agents are set up to deliver results for you to review and act on; others can be given permission to act directly — send an email, update a record, post a message. You decide the level of oversight per agent, and you can change it at any time.
Tadata's agents monitor their own performance and adapt as your tools, data, and goals change. They also learn from your feedback — if you tell an agent to do something differently, it will adjust its behavior going forward. You don't have to reconfigure anything; they tune themselves over time.

Security & privacy
No. Your data flows through your agents to do the work and nowhere else — it is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Access is scoped per agent and credentials are isolated from the model layer.
Credentials are managed outside the AI model layer entirely. Agents can act on your behalf without the model ever seeing your keys or passwords. Access is explicit and yours to revoke at any time.
Each agent is scoped to exactly the tools and data you connect it to — nothing more. Access is explicit per agent.

Is Tadata right for you?
Tadata is a strong fit for GTM, sales, and ops teams that want agents working in the background around the clock — monitoring signals, enriching leads, handling outreach prep — especially when that work depends on data normally locked behind separate paid tools. Less suited to teams that don't need to connect external tools and data, or that want a simple point-and-click automation builder.
